WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any product purchased from henrydrewcollection.com that you are unsatisfied with and is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging may be refunded for the full purchase price (to the original purchaser). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

To complete a return

  • Send proof of purchase and reason for returnhello@henrydrewcollection.com
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you are exchanging your items, please process your original order as a return and make sure to send back the items within 30 days to avoid being ineligible for a refund. Please follow our return instructions above. You will need to place a new order for the new item.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY Refund?

Allow up to one week for your return to be processed. Once item is returned and inspected, we will issue the refund to original form of payment. Original shipping paid will not be refunded.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation after your order has shipped.

Lost Package

Please contact us at hello@henrydrewcollection.com. If you have not received your order and/or there have not been any updates on the tracking. We want to help you find your package and will submit a "Lost Package" request with USPS. Henry Drew Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
